Train for the Solang Sky Ultra (SSU) 60K, a high-altitude trail race through the stunning yet demanding terrain of Solang Valley in the Himalayas. SSU is about Skyrunning where the earth meets the heavens; it's infamously called The DNF Race, a race that eats your ego!
This 5-month training program focuses on endurance, elevation gain, and race readiness through a mix of long runs, hill training, strength work, and recovery, helping you build the confidence and capability to take on the mountains.
