TWTK- Ten Weeks to 10K

Our flagship training program is designed to prepare runners for the 10K race and is ideal for anyone who is:
  • Attempting their first 10K, or
  • Aiming to improve their existing 10K timing

    This 10-week structured training plan covers all key aspects of running - speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility, to help you confidently achieve your 10K goals.

    Join a strong community of runners who have completed multiple programs with us and achieved their personal bests over the last 12 years.

    How to choose your Goal? 
    Select from the drop-down on the registration(next) page

    • If you are attempting a 10K for the first time, select Endeavours from the goal drop-down. You may skip the rest of the steps below.
    • If you have run a 10K before, use your Personal Best (PB) to decide your goal.
      (PB = your fastest 10K time in the last 3 months)
    • Choose your goal based on where your last PB was recorded:

            PB in a 10K race:
            Reduce your PB by 46%
            e.g.: PB 70 min, Goal = 67 min

            10K PB during a Half Marathon:
            Reduce your PB by 78%
            e.g.: PB 70 min, Goal = 65 min

            10K PB during a Full Marathon:
            Reduce your PB by 1011%
            e.g.: PB 70 min, Goal = 63 min
