3 months of comprehensive training program, to lay the foundation for your next phase of training and racing, whether you're targeting an Ultra, FM, HM or a 10K.

First 3 weeks: Conditioning to optimize your Running form, emphasising on Strength, Mobility, & Balance.

Next 10 weeks: Focusing on improving Pace and Running economy, to prepare for 'TCSW10K', based on your individual targets.
