Eligibility: Runners who've completed 10K runs and wants to attempt their first Half Marathon, or improve existing HM timing.

RYF - 21K is a 16-week structured Half Marathon training program covering all aspects of training like strength, endurance, and flexibility, for runners like you. Join the group of runners who've completed several of our programs and achieved their PBs over the last 11 years, and achieve your 21K goals.
