This program aligns with the principles of Heart Rate based training, which was popularised by Phil Maffetone. Just like any training approach, this method also has its distinct advantages and disadvantages. Though this has proven effective for some runners, the outcomes may vary for others.

5-months program - While you will find training at a comfortable pace, do not mistake this approach for an effortless endeavour. In reality, this method demands enormous patience as will be monotonous and time-consuming. The positive effects of adopting this approach are usually more apparent in longer events, such as the Marathons & Ultras.

ELIGIBILITY: Consider registering for DilSe, ONLY IF -

  • You've have reached a plateau in your performance
  • You've completed at least one MARATHON
  • Can invest an additional 30% of your time in training
  • You have the patience to wait it out, and not targetingevents for 6 months
