Eligibility: Runners who have completed at-least ONE Half Marathon and/or a Full Marathon, earlier.
Suggestion: Getting ready for a Full Marathon necessitates a fundamental level of speed. Hence, focus on enhancing speed through 10K preparation now, and take up 42K in the next season.
RYF - 42K is a 4-months structured Full Marathon (42K) training program covering all aspects of training like strength, endurance, and flexibility. Join the group of runners who've completed several of our programs and achieved their PBs over the last 10 years, and achieve your 42K goals.
