Eligibility: Runners who've completed 10K runs and wants to attempt their first Half Marathon, or improve existing HM timing.
Suggestion:As this is the season of the most prestigious 10K event in the world 'TCSW10K',it is a good to focus on improving speed by preparing for 10K, and then take up 21K in the next season.
RYF - 21K is a 4-months structured Half Marathon training program covering all aspects of training like strength, endurance, and flexibility, for runners like you. Join the group of runners who've completed several of our programs and achieved their PBs over the last 10 years, and achieve your 21K goals.
