RYF - 21K is a 10-weeks structured Half Marathon training program covering all aspects of training like strength, endurance, and flexibility, for runners like you. Join the group of runners who've completed several of our programs and achieved their PBs over the last 9 years, and achieve your 21K goals.
This is for the runners who've completed 10K runs and wants to attempt their first Half Marathon, or improve existing HM timing.** The program fee is non-refundable, non-extendable and non-exchangeable.
