How to choose your Goal? - (From the drop-down on registration page)
- If you are new to running select the Endeavours group, and you can skip the rest of the message
- Note the fastest 10k time you ran in the past 3 months (PB).
- If your 10k PB was part of an FM, reduce it by 10 to 11%. For example, if your 10k PB was 70 minutes in an FM, your realistic target can be 70 - 7 = 63 minutes.
- If your 10k PB was part of an HM, reduce it by 7 to 8%. For example, if your 10k PB was 70 minutes in an HM, your realistic target can be 70 - 5 = 65 minutes.
- For a 10k PB in a 10k race, reduce your PB by about 4 to 6%. For example, if your PB was 70 minutes in a 10k race, your realistic target can be 70 - 3 = 67 minutes.
