16 weeks of comprehensive training program, to lay the foundation for your next phase of training and racing, whether you're targetingan Ultra, FM, HM or a 10K.
First 6 weeks: Off-season training, with Running and emphasising on Strength, Mobility, Form-Correction, etc.
Next 10 weeks: Working on improving Pace and Running economy, using techniques from the offseason training.
