1. Defining your goal - Individual goals are decided over a one-on-one session with the coaching team
2.IndividualizedTraining Plans - developed based on your goal
3.Fortnightly workshops with the coach that enable discussion and guidance on:
- a.Finer aspects like Goal setting, finding your rhythm, workout feedback and modification sessions, race strategy, etc.
- b.Analysing and fine- tuning workouts by tracking various parameters like Resting HR, HR vs Pace, Cadence, VO2 Max, Weight, Recovery, etc
- c.Workout diary for runners to document their progress
