Mid-season Celebration and Motivation! 

- Having passed the mid-season, we see a variety in workouts and increased mileage. We are going strong, let’s continue to maintain the momentum.

- All of you would be reaping the benefits of running and a regular fitness routine already with an increase in stamina, better health, better sleep, lots of joy. 

- A dose of morning workout along with the group definitely gives such an amazing boost to tackle the day.

- Congratulations JJs@ Kolkata RSL for their 2nd anniversary, & they celebrated with pomp & splendour!

- Aided with information from Sunday’s session by our expert on Injury Prevention & Management - Dr. Srinand Srinivas, you can now apply the learnings to better your performance and avoid injuries. 

- As the festival of lights fills us with radiant and positive energy, let us bring in some happy miles from this week onwards.
