Great Run by all of you ! 

It was day of PB and celebrations ! Even though we have considered this as a practice session for all groups apart from group we have PBs for almost all of you. Most of all I am happy that almost all of you completed your workout distance, with many of you ran have to more than race distance. 

Here are some highlights ! 

Arun scorched the course in 1:22: 34, the Gap between him and the 2nd & 3rd place was more than a km ! 

CS Somashekhar sir, is placed 3rd in Senior group for 10k but importantly he went ahead and did another 8km to complete his workout!

#>Fantastic improvements achieved by many of you and Ajit Prabhu from Deepak group, Jayanagar Location stands out with Whopping 39 minutes improvement from BM, i.e. in less than 3 months. 

#>Longest run today was by Bahar 50K, as Simbu group ran 45km on that very tough route!

#> Many from Minakshi and all of R2F competed their first race ! 

Once again many congratulations and let us keep up the practice let us complete this season in style with 7th Jan two events and of course the TMM !!
